A welcome back to Bass Care (felt more comfortable) and a good turnout of our members and guests.
Thanks to Elizabeth as chair for her introduction and her eloquent toast to Rotary. She also provided this thought for the day.

President Tony welcomed our guests for the night
Annie Houghton, Renee Wright, Catalin Dumitrache and Yung Tian as well as our presenters MaryAnn Dumitrache and Alan Tian
He thanked everyone who attended the social get together at the Harp of Erin for contributing to a good night had by all.
- Tony reminded the members of the recycling efforts and to bring the following items along
- Medicine blister packs, used batteries, used glasses, wine or other bottle corks
- David advised that the next lunch would be held on August 2nd (yesterday in case you missed it) back at the Harp
- John B advised that Monday night was the last night for the reduced fee
- Bob commented that Rimern was still looking for small whitegoods and other household items items. They have been very actively providing these items, via community groups, to those who desperately need them. Do you have anything to donate? Perhaps as a club we can gather these items and arrange for a pick-up in our area.
- Lili-Ann advised of the upcoming Speed dating night on August 21st - details included in the bulletin below.
It was good to see John Mc joining us on zoom. Hope the recovery is going well John
