The "Let's Stay Connected" project came about as a need within the Aged Care sector was identified for some stimulating material to be made available to residents, while in isolation.
Several members and friends of the Rotary Club of Canterbury have written books, some of personal experiences, some researched, for this purpose.
The books are available in portrait book format (Word/PDF) for printing, and in landscape format (Power Point) for use with AV equipment (some books are not in all formats). The books can be given to individuals to read or the Power Point version can be used in a group presentation.
The key in the file reference to the title codes is:
LVL - Long Version Landscape
SVL - Short Version Landscape
LVP - Long Version Portrait
SVP - Short Version Portrait
DOCX - Microsoft Word
PPTX - Power Point
PDF - Protected Document File
The books and Power Point are free to use, but any donation towards our Rotary charity programs would be most welcome. A tax deductible donation can be made to one of the Club's most active project, the FORaMEAL project, using the following link https://forameal.org/donate/ which will assist in the ongoing funding of this project.
It is hoped these titles will bring joy to the residents and evoke some happy memories.
More titles will be added as they become available.
