There wasn't one apparently! Or at least not one sent to the scribe.... However!
Here's one I prepared earlier (as the saying goes)

Aris Petratis returned to The Rotary Club of Canterbury for a second time. This time, Aris is discussing the ongoing disaster within the bee keeping community and for agriculture in general. Varroa Destructor has been discovered in New South Wales, and already, it is having a devastating effect. It is causing bee hives to be destroyed and affecting pollination. He raised the notion that perhaps Varroa has been around far longer than its discovery at the port of Newcastle.
Five years ago, Aris undertook a forum about biosecurity control. the process involves teams being established and working through the problem. Every state in Australia was represented at this event. When New South Wales quoted seventy million dollars potential damage to the bee hive industry. Aris highlighted two other numbers : three hundred million dollars in losses in the honey industry and five hundred million dollars in losses due to lack of pollination. As a result of Varroa Destructor, beehives are banned from moving and need to be destroyed.
When you ask yourself , "What to do?". The response is rational, effective and realistic. Volunteers undertake the testing of hives and nearby areas. Seventy-five percent of bee hives have currently been lost. It takes two to four years to acknowledge the Varroa Destroyer strain.
One of the most basic points to comprehend is that lack of immune considerations, there is simply no silver bullet for the Varroa Virus.
CONCLUSION
So many editorial opinions differ as to how hard or soft are the need to be in order to get the work done. With the arrival of Varroa, to New South Wales, all options will be considered
