For the past 10 years, Kerrie Anne Frost has been the Director of a small NGO called Team Vista, located in Moshi, TANZANIA (east Africa) in the Kaloleni Ward, which is an area surrounding the town’s rubbish dump. Kaloleni is the poorest Ward in Moshi.
The vision of Team Vista is to break the cycle of poverty, ignorance and lack of education in the Kaloleni Ward and surrounding areas through the education, health and welfare of the most vulnerable children, to show the children the value of education and how this can change their lives and that of their family. Children have a right to be safe. Through education programs in the Primary schools, children will learn important aspects of Child Protection in order to feel safe.
