- Confirmed the members of the Welfare Committe which also includes Irena. Thanks again to David Z, Lili-Ann, Ant, Tash and Irena for volunteering
- We still need to rotate the raffle ticket table "vendors". We do need at least 2 more please
- Reminder that Chances Golf Day has been cancelled - due to lack of participants
- End of year planning is underway - events and closures
- Boroondara Sustainability Festival is set for November 19th and will be held at the RC Glenferrie farmers market - R4Bees and the Waggle Dance are part of the action and volunteers are needed on the day
- Paul Harris breakfast has been moved to November 22nd as the speaker Jeroen Weimar is unavailable on the original date
- A reminder that prices for bookings for RICON are changing mid December - get in now and save US$100
- Polio Plus society - it is proposed to start a Polios + Society in D9800. Essentially member commit to donating US$100 per annum until Polio is eradicated. There will be 2 Society lunches per annum with notable speakers. With its beginnings in the US the Society currently has 800 members contributing $50mn per annum which is enhanced by $100mn from the Bill Gates Foundation

- President Edda will be attending a lunch at the Probus Club of Surrey Hills on December 6th.
- A reminder of the club forum on November 7th - we will be discussing the future of the club in terms of membership and financial security
