Presidential matters
- Early notice a working bee at Camp Getaway in March - this will be alongside the members of RC Woodend
- The intention is to have a social get together at least once a month and the committee is working on that - more to follow
From the floor
- Tony thanked Alan for bringing some recycling for our ongoing collection. He will bring the tubs to Bass Care when we return on July 31st so please remember to bring

- Rob reminded everyone that next weeks meeting will be a social event at the Harp Hotel - get along for some fun and perhaps join the 7.30pm trivia competition!
- Nora gave feedback on the recent packing event at Camberwell Grammar in conjunction with Presbyterian Ladies College last Friday - approximately 16000 meals packed
Obviously this photo can be misconstrued but it appears that David really was returning his mug... really honestly thats what Rob told the editor!! Actually he said he returned David to this spot!And on a more serious note here are some of the hard workers

- Doug gave an update on the upcoming Philippines mission - take of on October 14 for 10 or 11 days and there will be 24 attending
