The Interact Club of Camberwell Grammar School hosted a very special meeting, during which two cheques were presented. One for six thousand dollars for Mark Balla, for Operation Toilets and one for six thousand dollars for Ready, Settle , Go, a foundation associated with the Western Bulldogs , which assists youth in the area, directing them to useful activities and enabling them to continue their education.

Mark Balla demonstrated to those present the results of the money donated to Operation Toilets, the inauguration of a toilet block in India. Simon Rodder explained that Ready, Settle , Go provided a range of services to the young and newly-arrived residents in the Western Suburbs. A third speaker, Shenka, who had arrived very early in the morning on that day from a flight from London, works for Amnesty in Melbourne. He inspired the boys in the Interact Club to continue the good work undertaken.
