
Tony Laycock again chaired the Club's online meeting last Monday.
He raised the following matter:
- That members are requested to submit project proposals for 2020-21 by 18 May.
- Members to think about which Committees and projects they would like to be involved with in 2020-21 and to contact him with the details.
- The plan to create a virtual connection group of members and friends who have participated in missions to the Philippines. Emails have been forwarded to all past participants of whom the Club has a current email address asking them to consider joining the group. Advice was also provided in the email about the Club's water project at the Labay Elementary School in the Philippines.
- In place of the annual District Assembly which is usually held at he Melton trotting facilities, there will be an online Assembly this year on Sunday 24 May . To register for the Assembly please goes to this Trybooking link https://www.trybooking.com/BJPCZ
- The Board has approved funding of $2000 to the Girl Guides to assist with the installation of a new kitchen in their clubrooms.
